Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Trendora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.
